Plain Language Note — What This Means for You
Think of your website like a shop built inside a rented commercial unit. When you leave, you take everything that belongs to your business — your photos, your written content, your logo, and your branding. What stays behind is the building itself: the hosting infrastructure, the website template, and the automation systems that Pinnacle OS built and maintains on your behalf. Those remain on our platform.
This is the same way every major website platform operates — including Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify. Your content is always yours. If you ever cancel, we will ensure you have everything you need to provide your content to a new provider.
13. User Conduct and Responsibilities
When using our platform or communicating with us you agree not to:
Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the platform Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or content that violates CASL or TCPA Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the platform without our written consent
14. No Guarantee of Results

Results vary by business, market, and effort. Pinnacle OS provides the tools and infrastructure — results depend on factors outside our control.
